Gemstone at San Marcos is a Type A and Type B assisted living community nestled in the Texas Hill Country, conveniently located along the I-35 corridor between San Antonio and Austin. Situated next to CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital and close to local medical offices, we provide attentive care with a team that truly gets to know each resident.

Our newly remodeled community offers comfortable, spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Our experienced, tenured staff is here around the clock to provide personalized care, companionship, and peace of mind. We also offer on-site therapy, making it easier for residents to receive the support they need without leaving the comfort of their community.
